    Maybe $15 tops. 'Wait Broke the Wagon Down' was the original title of "Farewell to the Welfare" as it was performed on stage in the early 70's. The name was changed to 'Farewell to the Welfare', however, when it was released on vinyl. Later, in the early 80's, Wendell recorded an updated version of the song using the original title, 'Wait Broke the Wagon Down'...the record you're inquiring about. Pamela Wise is Wendell's wife, and has worked on a number of good, but obscure latin jazz projects in the past 10-15 years.
