i don't know why people like that record so much. i bought the reissue when it came out and i was very disappointed. 70 usd for a reissue? crazy!

it's like the fable records or rhythm machine. poopish!

Well, the second issue on Sun-Glo has the mastering defect that pretty much ruins the only good track on the LP. If you don't have $800 to shell for the OG, then that Luv N' Haight reissue (that's been sold out for years) is the only reasonable choice.

29.99 for a Sun-Glo copy (misspelled!) is still kinda crazy. at least considering the records that have lately been sold for less than 30 usd on eBay.

I have a 2nd issue on Sun-Glo without[/b] the mastering defect. I think the one with the defect is a 3rd issue.

I bought both copies (one with and one without) from Moerer in the late 90s. Both are certainly not the first issue, but the copy without the defect appeared older (smell & appearance related).

Same here, Amoeba Records SF, 1994. Some older Japanese guy saw me pick up the record and said he used to see those guys play live when he was younger. Whether he was lying or not, it sounded like a recommendation to me. Oops.
