Vonage has been great. My only complaint is when call waiting comes in, it sounds like a modem going off in my ear.

i'm leaning towards T-Mobile

If you live in a city, go with it. I get reception when most ppl I know cant, plus the bill lists all the numbers called so you dont have those MYSTERY CHARGES.
