Anybody here know anything about Raer Rockabilly?!

I posted this at another board with no response/luck. Maybe some heavyweights can help me here:I have a rockabilly 45 by a guy named Howard Writesel on the Top Ten(nessee) label. It was recorded in Dayton, OH. One side is called "Does He Mean That Much To You" and the flip is "No Where Around." Any info? I have been able to find absolutely nothing about this guy on the net. Info about the guy, his group, and/or value much appreciated. Thanks PeaceT.N.
