now thats a trip. is that considered a remix? i was expecting a rapper to come in and it never happened. when is that from?
I just made it last week.
!!! sorry, im a little slow here. i thought the artist sounded familiar! nice work. ...hmmm....come to think of it...maybe a version with some rap verses would work???
not an mp3, but I really like this version of lay lady lay. it came from ss but I can't remember who posted it up or what it's from. can anyone identify it? I wanna get the whole thing.
Even though this threat might be dead already I just feel like adding three more recently digitized tracks.
First up is Richie Havens version of Going Back to My Roots. It's functioning on eclectic dancefloors as well as in danceclassic contexts.
Second is a Phil Upchurch track with vocals by Tennyson Stephens. It's taken from the mediocre Upchurch/Tennyson release on Kudo from '75. A nice lovesong called Don't I Know You.
And finally a 1980s discotune produced by Kenton Nix for West End. Thisone was also featured on a compilation cd with the horrible title Gay Sex in the 70s (might aswell has been a soundtrack, but who want's to know?). This mp3 however was taken from the West End 12". Kenix Music feat. Bobby Youngblood - There's Never Been (No One Like You)

This is the live version of "dum maro dum" I think it's better then the regular version, you can hear the crowd going nuts and beat is much doper..........
