one thing I miss about Texas....next to Fatburger, best fast food burger anywhere (and 3AM taquitos arent too shaby either)
Eating a big ass bowl of oatmeal every AM...
Eating a shit ton of spinach on the regular
Havent had Taco Bell in about three months
Stopped drinking eleveteen beers everytime I DJ, just beacuase they're free dosent mean I have to guzzle 'em I guess...club soda and lemon please.
cut down on the dank, the impetus was a local drought, but even though the drought is over, I only buy an eighth about every 10 days or so now.
link?
i have improved my life by selling 90% of my furniture on craigslist within the past 3 days. for the next 25 days until my move, i will be sitting alone (on the floor) in my 4 cornered room staring at candles.
Is there any Strutters that have been exercising on the regular for a long time? Is it true that you kind of get hooked after a while? Right now the shit is mad painful, but I feel so much healthier and energized, just got to stick to it!
speaking of which, thanks for the mustache, dude! that comedy LP is bodaciously mustachioed boner material!!!!
caller at me hommy , i got stock of a few crucial LA joints.
carryon!
I joined the University gym at the beginning of the summer and have been going ~4 days a week, give or take. Mostly full-body weight training, cardio every now and then. After not having exercised with any sort of regularity in previous years, it has become a habit, just like anything else can be. I think the biggest motivator is seeing whatever results you're going for and building on them. Oh, and the wonderful variety of spandex butts that parade through - if that's your thing.
That's a good one! Though if sombody had given me the record or it was a gift then it would have personal value to a certain degree.... But there is a time when you will need to let it go, like Nocera on Sleeping Bag Records Let's Go, Leeeeetts llleeettts GO!!! Since it is Summertime!!!! (hearing the intro in my head...) OH SNAP I'M ROCKING THE NISSAN DOGGIES!!!!
2. Just got engaged in Venice.
decided i want to open a record store
found a girl unlike any ive ever met

- Having a regular diet.
Preparing for my marriage this coming May.

sweet. do you mind me asking $ and # of rooms?
2. Waking up earlier nowadays. I want to enjoy the day more.
-moved in with my girlfriend
-opened a savings account (took me long enough!)
-more books in my life (reading is fundamental)
things i probably should change:
-cut back on beer (so tough...love the brew)
-more cardiovascular exercise (ie: more bike riding)
-stop wasting every day-off looking through piles of shitty records at thrifts and the like only to find a couple keepers...shit is getting old! (sadly-i doubt this will change...ha!)
- new hobbies (photography & drums)
- realizing that there is more to life than records! (no more all day Saturday digathons)
- kid #2 to be born real soon
- wake up early and do household chores
Which means, I have to train 5 days out the week (to include weekends).
This have caused me to give up cigarettes and cut way back on the booze.
I'll be a new man come September.
Seriously. This was tough for me. It was more psychological than anything. It was a habit to grab a beer when I got home from work. Maybe have another when the kiddo hit the sack. Shit adds up. I gained like 15 lbs. in the last two years.
-Working out everyday
-Buying lakefront property (Shelburne Point Holla)
-Italy in a week
-Prague in a month
-Stopped buying $500 records every week
-Re-learning to play the skin flute
-Eating much more meat pie
