How many formats of this have the "Tighten Up" cover? I have a 10" in a 12" cardboard frame that has it. I believe there's a version of the 10" that doesn't include it. Is there also a 12" of the record with the song on it? Peace.- Are Double

    It's only on the 10" version from memory.

    It's also a very very very very very very very very very very common $1 bin record in Japan. Anyone with 2 eyes should be able to find one in any store...
