I know going out in the heat sucks but at least you have an option!
When I say everything is shut down out here, I mean everything except for church.
When I was in College I would not leave the house on sunday. If I didn't have food I would order out. If I was out of herb I would call the delivery service. I would not leave for any reason. It was very relaxing. Once the weather got nice out I would sit on the front stoop but that was about as far as I would go. By the time monday rolled around I was ready to get out of the house, but I was always well rested and relaxed. Now I always have shit to do, but its all good one can't be that lazy forever.
I handled my sunday afternoon business with God, took my Father in law bowling and dropped by my Dad's house to shoot the breeze... got home in the a.m...
