    Earlier, I was enjoying a couple of these:

    quality peruvian pisco is a must (fuck that chilean scam)

    in a blender...

    ice
    algorrobina syrup (use honey if not available)
    pisco
    egg white(key)
    milk
    (option of a teaspoon sweet concentrated milk or coconut)
    coffee or instant coffe powder

    blend it

    forths up and is delisciously smooth (top it of with coffee powder for presentation)

    it surprises me how vesratile a good pisco can be

    straight up..pisco sour or baileys esque with this drink as well as excelent with its ginger ale

    -pisco
    -lime juice ( should be from lim??n..peruvian micro lime pictured next to drink)
    -egg white
    -sugar (quite a lot) but preferably sugar cane syrup
    -ice

    blend that and top off with cinnamon

    that bomb schitt

    -Pisco
    -slight limon juice
    -bitter and jarabe de goma (sugar cane syrup)
    serve one to complement the other depending on your preference (sweeter or more bitter)
    -Ginger ale

    serve with ice

    refreshingly drunken

    I love the pisco bars wher you order a bottle (nothing like the baller prices of the Namerican clubs..like5$ over retail) and they bring all the stuff to make the drinks..after you play barman and get crunk with all your friends you can get up and take the bottle home

    yeah, that??s an excellent choice.

    another summer favourite:
    1 part bourbon / Canadian whiskey
    2 parts Southern Comfort
    1 part fresh lemon juice
    2 parts fresh orange juice

    shake on ice use the strainer and serve in a long drink glass with ice cubes, a mint leaf for decoration.
