Ebay help

So, a record was sold, ive had some issues that caused a delay in shipment. Most everyone was alerted, but this one customer's emails were "returned" to me everytime and he obviosly wasnt getting them. Even when i tried to send them a message through ebay "contact" it would come back to me with a "Failure To Deliver" message. I then left him as much info as i could fit, in a positive feedback, since their contact info is lacking a phone number. I even metioned for them to call me for more details about the delay. Now they have filed a claim through ebay/paypal. And according to the last message they sent, a scathing feedback is on its way. What the fuck can i do?
