gotta say London cos that's where i'm at. however BERLIN has my top vote. Only went there for a few days but had the most fun ever . Clubs I went to were killing it - industrial metal bar included. Venice is also pretty cool but probably not top 5 material. other than those I don't have enough travlling experience (unfortuneately )
edit - forgot about Edinburgh! Whoever said it before gets a cosign. Go there during the festival and you cant fail to have a good time. Beautiful city too and some decent record shops.
