Does anyone out there know what happened to these cats? I used to stay up mad late taping their show back in the early 80's. "Buffalo Gals" just played on my iPod and got me thinking: Where are C Divine The Mastermind and Just Allah The Superstar now? I know they were basically stick-up kids who paid for their own radio time, did they get caught up in the crack epidemic or something? I figure someone on the 'Strut must be able to shed some light...

    I remember that's how it read on some fliers anyway.

    (then again, some of those fliers were pretty retarded)


    The girl that sang the hook for Hey DJ still lives up here.

    I've always meant to ask her about her story w/them, etc.

    That show was gully for its time. I used to fight to stay awake for that shit. Real DYI type shit.
