co-sign on everything on your list, particularly the 2 Summer Madness joints (the name of my college radio show back in the 80's) and ESPECIALLY Winter Sadness (very underrated joint).

Ohhh hells yeah... that's an underrated killer right there, too. Ain't no ways in hell fuckin' with Summer Madness for me, but still a dope ass song.
After hearing Summer Madness in "Rocky", that was it for me. That's one of my top songs all time, maybe even top 10. I dunno for sure about top 10, all I know is I can never get tired of that one.
I don't know the deal, Paul!!!
But Winter Sadness is like my #1 jum-pon-jum-poff.
Chocolate Buttermilk
Stop Look and Listen
Blowing in the Wind
Heaven at Once
You could almost split this list in two: top 5 KATG funk bomb, and top 5 KTAG slow jams. I always though that "Heaven at Once" off of Wild and Peaceful was a criminially slept on slow jam.

So your body can give you more to give. So eat naturally and you will see the differeeeence! The differeeeence! The differeeeeence!"
You know, that's probably the one song on the cheesy pop JT Taylor side of Kool & The Gang's career that is like to me. Guitar solo =

Who's Gonna Take The Weight? Dujii?
Yo Phill could it be that you mixed it up with one of the best rip offs of a original composition that I know of ???
The track is called "Decision" by Bill Conti. I saw Rocky II the other night on TV and it is used in the scenes where Rocky has to earn money for the new house they bought and because he is not good in reading and doing commercials he is working in the slaughterhouse and cleaning the floor.
That tune is so dope but was not on the Rocky II OST, they released that the first time on the Rocky III OST.
Here is a soundclip:

No, Phill is right. It's not in the second, but the first Rocky. As far as I remember there's a scene in his apartment where it's playing in the background. Kool, not Conti.
But still "Decision" is a great rip off of "Summer Madness"

(Phill, can't believe you left this one out! Fr***ly F*re!)
Yeah, I know. Not top 5 for me, though. Bangin' like a mug regardless, just like almost all of the stuff from K&TG's first few albums.
