I hate fools who do this... I'm bidding on a non-raer $60-$100 lp and another bidder quickly places and retracts two bids to obviously find out my maximum bid...So I check the retractors feedback out to find he has 154 retractions in the last 6 months... Surely Ebay should be regulating these idiots ???

Yo, you can report him to Ebay.
I reported some joker from Italy with mad bid retractions,
and Ebay gave him some kind of grief about it. He contacted me
saying he was gonna report me, that a jazz record I had up was not "jazz-funk"
as I described. He was heated and I was happy.

Oops ! I missed that...

I had a similar problem with a UK "Random Rap" bidder a couple of months back...
I know it may seem petty but reporting them is a small satisfaction...

This is the same guy I reported, keep him on blast, he is
a bonified sucka!
