he/she/it has kinda horrible feedback. to BAN, or not to BAN?

    I've had two dealings with him. He won and didn't pay/respond once; then the next time he won and paid. 50/50. I say no BAN.

    Fifty-fifty is not good odds, I say BAN unless s/he is placing marcofunk-style bids

    Well, his overall feeback is 97.1% positive out of 628. If it was 50% positive I would definitely BAN.

    I think dude posts here or at VE. He/she addressed the withdrawn bids. They didn't understand the fuss. buyers like this can fcuk up someone's e-biz.

    the dudes modus operandi is to bid low on as many things as possible, so this will most likely happen within the next 4 days

    i have sold to him multiple times and dude always paid, once he took his sweet time but came through
