Night shift copage (NRR)

Just started a hotel job and it's 4 am and need night shift advice from those in the know.There's basically nothing to do here and I'm frying my brain on internet/PC scheisse. Alternative ways of spending time besides the obvious work/reading requested, plaese. Also if someone has tips on staying awake/regulating sleep etc. Much appreciated.
