    big co-sign on George[/b]

on a side note to this thread, but yet concerning dive bars and jukeboxes.

Do you ever find yourself playing different music, (setlists if you will)depending on where you're at? You know sort of like "ok, this music would fit in nice here to make the atmosphere a bit better" or is it always personnal taste?

for myself if I'm over at the Eastside dive's on say a Sunday it's usually old soul and doo-wop. But yet some of the other dive's downtown I'll play classic rock and shit.

Granted this is all standard jukebox fare we're talking.

    anybody ???

I used to DJ at the dive bar in Williamsburg and for the total cluster-fuck I used to rock Stevie Nicks' Edge Of Seventeen into Destiny's Child's Bootilicous and watch the white girls rock out then immmeditately switch to pseudo-booty clapping!

Co-Sign on many but especially Eddie Money - dude tours the
    country playing sports bars!

I don't think I saw Thin Lizzy mentioned...I celebrate the
entire catalog, but "Boys are Back In Town" is like an
    all-time barroom anthem!
