Holiday in America! (and Canada...)

HeyI know you guys are probably sick of these kinds of questions but it would really help me out.I'm going to the US this summer and will be visiting Seattle, San Francisco, Portland and Vancouver and some places along the way. I got a ton of Seattle spots, i heard there isn't much in Vancouver... but i'm clueless on Portland, and i know SF has a ton of places but i'm not entirely sure what they are...If anyone has any recommendations for these places, cool fleamarkets and stuff like that it would be great, also, any other recommendations just for things to do would come in handy.Thanks!
