WANTED revs record from the early 90's

revs is a old graffiti artist from new york. he put out a record in the early nineties if i am not mistaken and it also, which i know, included some bills he used to hang up throughout new york. i need this record. i have been searching for it for a while. i will give up heat for it. also anybody with any information or soundclips from it that would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
