Yup,low notes. As in low brass(Tuba,Contrabass, trombone)low strings(Double bass, cello, etc).I wanna here some rumbling.Plaese to recommend anything jazzy, spacey, funky, psyched, some avant garde, drones, whatever.Any records with trombone as a lead instrument(besides Roswell Rudd,Menglesdorf,Moncur III...)??Low brass ensembles?Even pop.Like Simon and Garfunkels "The Boxer" when the low brass kicks in at the end during the ly la ly part.Spine tingling shit.Stuff like that.Any good bowed bass freakouts?Tuba concertos??60 minute drones?Bass Marimba ala Sun Ra?So recommend some stuff that makes the taint tingle. Thanks

DJ Magic Mike "Feel The Bass Parts 1, 2 & 3"

LaMonte Young "Black Album" played at 16 rpm (as specified on LP jacket).
Maximum volume ensures that bowed gongs equals bowels gone.

White Noise - An Electric Storm. Love Without Sound at 16RPM.

Rock dubs and beat juggle the intro through a Space Echo.

...And if you live by the freight yard, put some pickups on your wood floor and send it through a Space Echo.

Get some milage off that shit.

sinusoidal wave forms, the missing fundamental, inharmonic distortion, phase cancellation.

these practices, applied to any sound, can boooooom!

refer to the chart for where to start:
