Couldn't find anything on the searc funvtion but I know that this is a topic that has been discussed before. Anyway, who has been and what's it like?? I'm thining of going for JUne and JUly but I hear that this is the rainy season and can be miserable all the time. Anyone have any experience of this??btw, Any Records there??

    last time I went was in during the rainy season. It rained maybe 4 hours total for the week, but HARD RAIN!

    I definitely want to retire there someday. Whatever you do, avoid Puerto Viejo at all costs. I don't want any more tourist scum (like myself) to ruin that beautiful lil spot of land or raise land values as I plan on retiring there.

    records? all the ones I found (not much) were all central american folk/traditional or roots reggae in Spanish. eh...
