Buyers w 0 feedback, what's the best protection?

im a lil dude when it comes to ebayi just sold a rather pricey item and the buyer has 0 feedback and an unconfirmed paypal address.. what's the best course of action to protect myself from general shaddiness??registered mail???help a lil dude out peeps!
