Anyone else having access problems?

I read this in Soulseek site; maybe it can explain this access problem:

"Due to a disagreement between two of the largest Tier 1 Internet traffic carriers, connectivity to many sites throughout the net for customers of certain ISPs has been impossible the last few days."

Does anyone know anything about this sh!t?

I can access the board now but I can't get to the "home" section to check PMs. Driving me crazy.

This happened to me a while ago but I was on the reviews section. What's odd is that it always seems to happen around 4 p.m EST.
