can you sell a 2nd hand mp3?

I love wax like the next, but if I buy an mp3 can I trade it as well?obviously I'm into free, but the legal implications intrigued me...do we own the mp3s we buy?

    you can't sell it. if you buy it from ITunes you don't own it

    I can't see anything in iTune 'terms of sale' which says you don't own it...

    you own a license to use it i believe...and you can only put it on 5 computers.
