What's Iraqstrut's opinion on Joel Stein's column that, apparently, infuriated conservatives?"The truth is that people who pull triggers are ultimately responsible, whether they're following orders or not. An army of people making individual moral choices may be inefficient, but an army of people ignoring their morality is horrifying."...and so on.

    Interesting. My bro was in the Arm Cav (now aka insurgent bait) but I agree with the article. May be a bit nuanced for public discussion. And to proclaim it, you'd need more backbone than what the Dem politicians and their mouthpieces currently have. Bringing them home, slapping their wrists and making them all watch Bambi II would be better than what will really happen to them though. The Northeast's beer can recycling industry looks like it will have a great future.
