i hear apologists of this administration/regime and i'd like to believe their positions and have some confidence in their decisions. but most of the time i get really worried and scared and wonder what we are going to let them get away with before its too late.

Over at Seton Hall LAw right now there's tremendous infighting in with the faculty regarding the schools stance on Alito.
I like seeing people get worked up.
