Shipping question

One thing that has mind-boggled me over my ebaying years is US sellers who won't sell to the rest of the world, what's up with that? I can understand if you choose "united states only" as shipping alternative if you're not used to selling over the net but some sellers that i've emailed and explained to them that "i will pay the shipping, i will pay with paypal and i will be quick and you won't have a problem" and they still say no.. i can't see why, can anyone explain this to me? I mean, if you're selling stuff, don't you want to get paid???Especially strange if it's a private seller and not a store..Someone??/Leo

I'll just throw this out there cuz I have idea why- but it sounds as if its MUCH easier to reverse a Paypal charge if you're outside the states... no delivery confirmation, confirmed addresses, etc
