Foodstrut NYE suggestions for 25 people

I got bad luck during the lottery and pulled out the nastiest job: cooking a main course for 25+ peopleTotal price (champagne, beer, pre course & dessert included) is 30$ per person, total budget = 750.There are about 5 veggies in the group.All suggestions are welcome.Happy Holidays.
