    I was at my work Xmas party last night... the boss had a turntable VERY similar to the one pictured above... it had a HUGE lucite platter though... he had to manually spin it (with his hand) and had to do this several times before the belt 'caught' it... doesn't seem worth it...

    But he put on a Mingus Mosaic set... shit did sound pretty rich...

    Got me a clearaudio champion. My favorite TT for the $$$. Bluenote makes some nice ones, too

    Inertia, but the belt tension should be easy to adjust.
