I recently had dinner with this Taiwanese delegation, and one of the guys brought this $1000/kg special Taiwanese green tea for us to drink. I couldn't tell the difference between that and the ordinary stuff, but the Taiwanese were all quite impressed... I need to have some kind of a green tea taste party, to taste somethings side-by-side to see the difference.
yawll oughta go find a tea store in your city or town and start sampling and trying different shit...there is a world of tuff out there away from the little bags that come in boxes...

my dad does business in the orient (mainly china), and his friends and business partners always send this one tea....I can't remember the name, but that shits like cocaine. I take a couple of sips and go on a bike ride for hours. Tastes like citrus and battery acid.
"Monkey Picked Green Goddess" Oolong Tea Yo Chan, you should hit up this tea house in Ballard sometime it's called "Floating Tea Leaves". They offer a 2hr tea class, were you just sit around and drink tea. Hella calming to the nerves. Def on point.
