it rarely happens in canaduh. Back when I was a wee lad, my friend got booked for driving w/o insurance, he had to pay a $3000 plus fine. Considering we were still in hs, that was rough, obviously the system works.
Not very good. If you live near NYC, you constantly hear stories about some guy running over a dozen people in the Brinx who's had his license suspended 25 times. They need to start putting these fuckers in jail.
