It's from a skit he did about crackheads. He was talking about a crackhead that broke into his car and stole ONLY a chocolate bar. He drove all over town looking for the dude.
Once he found what he thought was the crackhead, he said, "What's with all that chocolate on your face?"
"Chocolate?" the crackhead said. "That's doo-doo, baby."
