  • Jay-Z. I really wish I could say I like the BDP "Blueprint" better, but that album was actually a huge disappointment for me when it came out. IMO every album after "By All Means" should have been a KRS album, because Scott LaRock's (and probably Ced Gee's) influence really made BDP what they were just as much as KRS' input. Just my

    Totally agree... although I LOVED about 1/2 of it... the overabundance of Kris' ill-conceived reggae joints really sunk it IMO

  • I remember walking around the streets of Shibuya (Tokyo) when Jay-Z???s Blueprint dropped.
    Shits was pumping out of every shop, every car and the speakers of whatever club you were in that night.

    That album for me was my last BIG summer album.
    The sun was scorching and Jay-Z was booming.


    When BDP???s dropped I wasn???t impressed.
