Screwed by the Post Office or so I think?

Let me vent...I bought a couple of albums on ebay last month, anyway the seller shipped it on Oct. 25 media mail & insured from Florida, it got to my local Post Office here in Cali on Oct. 29 according to USPS online tracking, anyway it's been about 3 weeks and nothing has come, so I finally went to my Post Office and checked there, but turned up empty. Where the f*** are my albums??? Sorry but i'm so pissed. Is there any chance my albums are still out there? Stolen? or since I never got the albums they shipped it back to the seller? Thanks ya'll 4 listenin'
