no time for a massive jpg hunt but these are all time never get sick of could listen to everyday till i die type jams right here:
i'd like to see some fucking Cure records up in here, respect the fundamentals!
i ain't talkin' "greatest of all time" or some shit. this is just what i'm digging at the moment.
is "wilder" vastly different from the first teardrops album? i used to have that and it kind of sucked. i'm a big fan of julian cope as a writer (and as a person) but never really thought too much of his music. perfect example of how you can have a totally killer record collection but still make boring records.

its not a million miles differant from Kilimanjaro.
its less guitar oriented, more rhythmic, has a synewy white funk underpining of electronics and icey freshness.
i had it in my collection for about 6 year before it finally grew on me.
cosign on cope though.. love the dude can't listen to 95% of his output.
oh my gosh - PLEASE have an argument over the merits of this record or lack thereof.
so unnecessary The most over produced band evar.
I did some recording with an engineer who worked with Def Leppard for a few years. He told a story about a recording session were the producer and engineers spent 48 hours straight trying to digitally enhance the word "yeah" for one of their songs. The said "yeah" was later dumped and never made it to the album.
and from the mouths of babes (i.e. , dude with few posts)...
no argument on "the merits of def leppard", however, the thread IS called:
"80s ROCK records you're feeling"
not floss yer post-punk/college indie collection...
all ironies aside:
Foreigner - Urgent (dive bar anthem!) The Cult - Electric ("Wildflower") AC/DC - Who Made Who (killer Semi-Trucks!!!) and of course Killing Joke - Eighties
Yeah, assuming that someone liking Journey (or Def Leppard, who I'm not personally feeling) must be ironic is just like the South Park episode I watched tonight where all the boners assume anyone rocking out to Timmy is just laughing at him because he's retarded, when in fact Timmy really does rock and it's simple as that.
