It depends if you have more money than time, and vice & versa.

If you have time, you can try Silly Melody and Crocodiscs, very nice people and pretty cheap, Boulinier (up to silly melody street) is really hit or miss, but if you find something, it will be 2 or 3 euros (I know people who got large KPM library collection from here some monthes ago for 3 euros a record). "Librairie Parallele" and "Gilda", in the Chatelet quarter, have good stuff too sometimes, but once again it's really hit or miss.

If you have money, you can try "La Dame Blanche" not far away from St Michel, ask to the seller for groovy or library stuff, as the shop is mainly classical on the front, prices are high but the guy has dope records in the backroom. Clignancourt flea market (open on saturday, sunday and monday), apart from home dealers, is where you have the best records in Paris, but prices are mostly to the book. Ask for Karim shop, it's pretty hidden but the man have HEAT, not cheap but it could be interesting for some records you're after . The most interesting shops are those near a shop called Copa Music, mostly jazz reissue (OGs too) but pretty well known, so people will know where it's at and you'll avoid some wasted time.
And if you still have time, try the "thief market" in the farther of clignancourt, for some real "diggin in the dust" action

Chez Youri is really between the two, and is worth a visit, especially if you dig disco, early rap and modern soul.
