apple and 3 oranges "free easy"

i've seen this 45 with two labels: a red "stanson" (stanton?) and a black "stage music" label. information on which is the first pressing would be appreciated.

    In the order they came out:

    "Free And Easy/ Free And Easy (Inst.)" (Stage Music 101)
    "Free And Easy/ Free And Easy (Inst.)" (Stanson 5021) maroon label
    "Free And Easy/ Free And Easy (Inst.)" (Stanson 512) yellow/red label
