b,121Well I wouldn't say KILL, that's implying that the boy Saadiq doesn't have his share of face melters and putting him with other dudes like "TANK" or some shit. But Kells does win in terms of popularity/chart success. I mean if it was to me I wish Saadiq would put out more pop joints and work with more rap dudes just because he's way beyond the point of being just big with die-hard R&B fans.

She got bounced the year Fantasia won, I think. b,121b,121And I think expectations were raised by that incandescent performance she had in "Dreamgirls." No question: girl can SANG. b,121b,121The album wasn't doomed to fail but the one thing that stands out about it is how deliberate each song choice was. It has all of Clive Davis' fingerprints on it and while I haven't seen the soundscan numbers to see if his gamble paid off, the critical consensus has not been positive. There's nothing spontaneous about the album - hell, I like Solange Knowles' album far better and she doesn't have 1/10th of Hudson's vocal talents but at least she cuts songs that are fun to listen.
