Yeah, Protools sessions are cross-platform. In the save session window, there's a little checkbox that says something like "force Mac/PC compatibility", just make sure that's checked. -

yes, in the file menu choose "save session copy in..." and then tick the box that says "enforce pc / mac compatability"
