YOUR Memorial Mix?
Hey Big Stacks,
My condolences. Sorry to hear you lost both your brother and your pops.
I've been thinking a lot lately about life and death, and what it means to be human and mortal.
My wife has heard me listen to so many versions of "Put Your Hand in the Hand". She jokes around saying, "This is the song they'll play at your funeral". I would strongly recommend NO ONE actually does that for me (unless it's an inside joke).
I told her (sincerely) to please play "Friends and Neighbors" by Archie Whitewater. Not sure if she'll actually remember to do that, but (on a more somber tip) that would be my number one choice.
Once the melancholy schitt is out of the way, it would mean a lot to me if someone was present to just lay down one of the bangingest, wildest, DJ sets EVAR!
PEACE

ONCE UPON A TIME, I HAD A VINYL
Thraeds like this crack me up. Everyone scrambles to help this one dude get over easy on the record he's trying to find. Soon he sides up to shell out the big bucks, but guess what! He'd be hard pressed (or boiled) to beat the deviled whites of our eyes with any common soul, funk, or even merengue record on this board!!!
