Sons of Anarchy is back as well if you want some more gangsta fair. New episodes have been great.
-
P,S. what it did do was set out some of the major storylines for the season I think. Won't make any spoilers yet for those that haven't seen it yet.
-
Was expecting a lot more from the opener. Wasn't bad, but wasn't an especially memorable episode either. Give it a 6 out of 10.

Good job on the article O. Years ago in the 80s my friend ran a punkzine called Cometbus and did something similar with a bunch of punk album covers shot in New York.

Since the majority of NBA players wear Nikes I bet that the majority of players with injuries wear Nikes. Not because the shoes have anything to do with the knee injuries which are the most common in basketball, but because Nike's are so wildly worn.
-
Those numbers are based upon active NBA players who wear those two brands. So for example Tim Duncan wears Adidas and has been an All-Star 13 times, won 4 NBA titles, and 1 gold medal

According to Hoops Hype link in that post: Adidas 58 NBA Players 8 All Stars 8 NBA Champs 2 Olympic Medalists Nike 169 NBA Players 35 All Stars 20 NBA Champs 18 Gold Medalists Nike has just under 3 times…

Last thing I heard Rose was supposed to miss most of the first half of the season.

Or Howard could pussy out and leave the Lakers after this season. Dude is just more and more suspect to me.

Man, I missed the second half of the women's basketball US vs Australia game. In the first half I thought US was going to lose. Australia just had too much size and were getting shots right in front of the basket. I guess in the second half they swi…

They stand there to pick up the boxes of the racers' possessions for safekeeping while they run.

I lived in Richmond for more than 10 years. Every now and then there were alerts about stuff being released into the air from Chevron that are toxic and warnings came on TV. It is a normal part of life there.

If beach volleyball is good for Wilt, it's good for me

I actually like it. I have no idea why they have cheerleaders and play rock music during actual play, but I like the sport itself. Now synchronized swimming ...

The U.S-China beach volleyball match was pretty amazing today.

The release of the prisoners and how it was related to Dent was also the basis for one of the first four scenes in the movie when Commissioner Gordon decides not to read his real speech about Dent at the Wayne fund raiser, and also the scene between…

Bain said he was releasing all the prisoners out of Gotham jail because they had been unlawfully locked up under the Dent Law which was passed by making him a hero rather than revealing that he had turned into Two-Face and become a good guy. That's …

Not saying class wasn't in Rise, but it was not the major storyline/message.
