I was able to see Malone play against the Warriors when he was with Houston when I was a little kid. Of course I remember him from the 76ers title run the most. The man was a beast.
-
I watched about 60% of the first episode and then keep on seeing the shows half way through. Need to do an on demand and watch the episodes from beginning to end.

I've had that vid on my youtube favs since right before summer. I love how he's chewing gum in it like he's saying "this is how players do it."

Dawkins was such a great personality
-
Shit was good. Saw it in a very small theater with people mostly my age. Half the crowd was singing along with the music.

Seeing as how plenty of athletes put their moth guards in their socks during timeouts in games and then stick them back in their mouth I don't think many pros would object to Marshawn's chicken wings method.

That's my work Oakland Tech H.S.! and where Lynch graduated from.

Reporters are saying that Clippers officials have surrounded Jordan's house and will not let other people in including a representative from Mark Cuban. WTF?
-
Deandre Jordan is proving that he is part of the Clips dysfunction
-
Well Kareem might help him, but Kobe could break him down as well.
-
Is Hibbert really going to make a difference for the Lakers? That team is so lacking in talent and they can't even depend upon Kobe playing a full season.

batmon said:The Milwaukee Bucks. What they're missing is 3 point shooting. They have a great young corps and some smothering defense. The lack of shooting through really hurts them.
-
Given the fact that Jordan only has two moves fast break lob and pick and roll lob I'm not sure how much he's going to add offensively. Plus like Rock said who is going to be throwing him these passes?

Forgot to say. Doesn't the signing of Aldridge prove that the Spurs are one of the greatest franchises in the NBA?
-
As expected Aldridge is going to sign with the Spurs. That means the Blazers have lost him, Lopez, Matthews, and Batum. That team is now officially in rebuild. The Kings traded away 3 players to sign Rondo to a one year deal probably knowing …
-
So how many people think Deandre Jordan leaving the Clips was a sign of that team being totally dysfunctional.
-
Big Stacks you can throw the Knicks into that mess of teams as well.
-
The landscape of the NBA just changed. DeAndre Jordan leaves the Clippers for Dallas. Lopez and Matthews left the Blazers and Aldridge is probably going as well meaning Portland is in complete re-build phase.

Edited version of this article from the San Jose Mercury News. Here's link to full story: http://blogs.mercurynews.com/kawakami/2015/06/29/2015-defense/ My 2015 NBA No-Defense Team: Starring Damian Lillard, Enes Kanter, Rudy Ga…

2nd year in a row Lakers strike out in signing a major free agent. Aldridge allegedly told them no. They were then looking at Greg Monroe but he just signed with the Bucks.
-
Holy shit. Did not recognize him at all! What a great make-up job
-
Lee asked for a trade since he's only getting limited PT and Warriors are trying to help him. From what I read Cavs may not keep Love. If they keep him and sign Thompson to a big contract they will be way over the cap for years.

I should mention that's David Sanborn and Luther Vandross in that David Bowie video

Here's some songs I've been digging lately

Was at the Arena tonight to watch the game on the big screen with 1000s of other warriors fans. Then drove through E14th to go home. People all out in the streets. Cars burning rubber. People on top of cars waving Warriors flags. Oakland is going wi…

boo at the ending. Felt like this was the worst season so far. Lots of wasted time on storylines that could have been covered in just 1-2 episodes. Perfect example was the Stark girl Sansa. She travels around with Little Finger, gets married off to …

SI writer made a great point about the differences between the Warriors and the Cavs. In Game 2 and 3 the Warriors were playing really bad yet pushed 2nd game to overtime and made a big surge at the end of Game 3. The Cavs have a bad game and get bl…
