Also, I am definitely not above labeling my post in a way that is supposed to get people's attention. Isn't that the whole idea? But I certainly wouldn't argue that I would've been better off titling the post "Flava's newest debauchery/humiliati…

White as I am and aware of stereotypes it's not necessarily the chicken part that made me label this thread as such it's the idea that whenever this guy puts himself in the public eye it reeks of poor form. It's more the idea that the restaurant is…

Blackroc sounds somehow like the vocals were not recorded well to fit the instrumentation. The verses are generally terds too. I definitely ride for Brothers and the Keep it Hid solo lp. Not really familiar with their older stuff.

Suprised to find out that I enjoyed this.

...but of course

Found on the cheap, basement record sale finds. Soft Machine 1 early 90's reish.

Horseleech said:Possum Tom said:PISCES! Surprisingly good. Excellent songs and 'amateur' studio recording techniques. Seriously, the pisces record is real dope for psych/garage type of stuff. The prix label is very good soul o…

I watched this the other night, and I have to admit the trailer here sucks, but the doc was short and sweet, very enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone just looking for some easy going entertainment with a good story.

Damn, ya'll are setting the bar pretty high, but here's what I did.

What's that Nina Simone record? I've never seen that one. Boot?

Crazy. I'm gonna throw this record on, especially since I don't really remember what I thought of it... RIP to one of my favorite tripped out legends...

Intro - Fashawn Less r&b style, more straight forward. Solid methinks.

You heard Fashawn - Boy Meets World yet?

Al Hirt - Soul in the horn

Here's some photos that are bigger & more current. I'm like a new born baby poppin out of this mutha, but it's not bothering me none, if it's not bothering ya'll. I got respect for this forum, but i certainly am not an old timer of this b…

If it's really big money and it's insured, obviously you can't insure for big dollars and then declare it as a smaller amount, but in general you're helping the person escape customs duties and taxes if you declare a smaller amount and call it a gif…

I just found that Minnie a month back. I didn't know anything about it, other than it was Stepney production which I usually love, but I wasn't expecting much and i thought it was awesome (I agree with the idea of it sounding a little "wussy" at ti…

Here's what I don't understand, how does scorpio get a way with doing what they do?

all my lp's, almost no 12"s or 7", even though some of them certainly deserve it...and don't even get me started on those pesky 10" sleeves.

...but I think it'll probably be laker in 6 as well.

Aaron Neville - Tell it like it is lp

Definitely mostly some junky records, but I wouldn't throw them away. At least goodwill those suckers and get a tax write off or whatever. There is some at least decent listening joints in there...
