i assumed that but i am impressed at the scale of it all. Rasputins has like 10 stores with 1000's of these things at each one...and who knows which other stores(Amoeba, Streetlight, etc.). it just seems like some artist or lawyer would have noticed…

I'm not a huge fan of (most of) his solo stuff either, but the fact remains: if McCartney played a show tomorrow and didn't do any Beatles songshe would still sell out the 20,000 seat arena at $100 a head.

thanks. i have listened to most of Sebesky's LP and did not remember anything like this.
