Ended up getting a Ballin' Jack 7" offa the internet (Brazillian pressing). It turned out to be the full version with the intro drums (@33.3rpm w/ small hole).

Ha, I've got that 45. Didn't realize that I was missing anything. I guess I shoulda figured that there was a version with grabbable drums, since they've been used so much.
