OOPs! I guess this is the track on the link. Well, if you heard the rest of the record, you would be wondering what the hell that song is doing on there.

WOW!!! Family friends with TROYKA!!! I love this record. Pretty rediculious hard rock except for the track "Early Morning" which IMO is one of the first indie/emo songs ever. Shit sounds like Sea & Cake meets Modest Mouse!

Should have told me Andrew, I have a long stack of D-Vine Spiritual 45s. At least 15 different titles. Great label. I'll trade these for Jefferson Airplane or Neil Young bootlegs on vinyl.

Can't think of titles without looking at the house, but they have several albums. Peacock is the real early stuff. I also have some singles on another maroon label I can't think of right now. Great stuff.

Cool tune but hardly the funkiest 45 to come out of New Orleans. Expensive because it's raer, period. Co-sign. I can't believe this thread made it past one page.

I would give up all raers to have attended this show. Did this show even happen? In 1963, Otis hadn't recorded "Try A Little Tenderness" yet, so why would they advertise that song as being one of his hits? I would have liked to have been there …

Otis Redding died at age of 26[/b] That stat never fails to astound me. And I'm taking bets on Lawrence Fishburne's odds to play Sam in the obligatory future biopic. Me? I just don't think he'd fit. Agreed. Not hatin' on my boy Otis but he looke…

When I saw Bushwick Bill jump out out of a tree on to some trick-or-treaters in "My Mind Is Playing Tricks On Me"...I knew I was witnessing a classic.
