Yo I'm bugging the fuck out right now... <a href="http://news12.com/LI/topstories/article?id=158312#">link for story</a> This fucking guy has been my psychologist for the last four months (yeah I got some mental issues, what), and today I opened the paper to find out he got busted for child pornography and as a plea deal he has to surrender his license to practice for 10 years.  No jail time.  Read the story.In my case, dude took me on as a new patient in May, the same month that his computer got taken and he was let go from his job at a pre-school.  How the hell can somebody take on new patients when they're under investigation for something like that?  Doesn't that go against some code of ethics or something?  BAsically now, after 4 months of treatment I'm without a doctor and back to square one.I didn't even know he was a child psychologist.  My boss recommended him.  I showed my boss the article today, he's all shaken up, his wife is a wreck because she's a nurse and they've recommended this guy to a lot of parents whose kids have problems.  My boss' pediatrician refers people to this guy all the time.I'm pissed he's not going to jail.  This isn't some "oops, I clicked on some shit my bad" type thing, dude bought the shit on his credit card.Do I have any sort of legal recourse against him?  Malpractice, emotional damage, breach of contract, anything like that?I feel fucking sick that I sat there and put a lot of shit on the table for this piece of shit to hear.    <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icegrill.gif" alt="" />
