Slow Food Napa Valley pig roast...

Cabernet from last year's harvest (obviously not too recent)...

Thanks man, the main camera is a 5D Mk II with a variety of lenses

Great camera! I own the original 5D and love it. Some recent digital.

Great photos Raj. I really dig using the 5D not just for the quality but because it kind of commands a weird respect from people, sounds odd but we have had some incredible experiences and met great people just because we are waving a big fuck off camera around.

That said, as you know It's not inconspicuous or something you can take everywhere.

The pick you used for your avatar is priceless, one in a mill.

I know, I love it when stuff like that comes together, i was pretty faded at the time and it just kind of came together naturally after the dude with the towel on his head braced me for shooting in his direction. The Australian accent got a lot of people open in NY.

    Last batch.

Good god, I can't believe the pics in this thread are taken via phones!

That would be amazing, but you're thinking of the other thread.

I'd love to make phone calls with this:

    BTW, good choice of beer.

  • Just got back from India for a wedding (with a quick stop in Istanbul) -- here are a few of my best shots. Just a little digital point and shoot and then tweaked the shots in Camera + (first three are Istanbul, the rest is India)
