The whole thing is laced with raggedy, inappropriate fuzz - which happens to be my favorite kind.

  • I assume this is an obvious one to mention, bu the solo in No Woman No Cry Live at the Lyceum is tight.

  • some of the most unique guitar playing ive ever heard, reggae or not...so good

  • more Chinna:

wanna count this Lynn Taitt track?

  • yeah, that riff from the slim smith track is so tasty

  • Not a solo exactly, but love the tone:

check the Ernest Ranglin "Below The Bassline" Lp from the middle 90s. The production is great and he sounds so nice.

seconded. that's the album that introduced me to Ranglin--tracks were included on a mix i was given of songs Idris Muhammad played on.
