The Lewis Taylor 'Lost' album track you selected is a great album all round.
Love the "Leader Of The Band" track that also has Beach Boy style harmonies running through it, and the acoustic version of "Lucky" is a modern day classic track (as is the whole album really).
I can't see the youtubes due to being at work...I don't know if anyone posted any High Llamas, but their LP ,"Gideon Gaye", is chicked full of the Beach Boys meets Stereolab styled jams.
this one is obvious but one of my favorite cheapos
Anything Curt Boettcher worked on the vocals for qualifies. Check out this mix I put together for Iron Leg.
Almost all stuff he worked on (other stuff are covers of his tunes)

This album is amazing. The purest piece of Brian Wilson worship ever made.
